Could you be a sex addict?

Well, if you read most popular articles on the subject, the answer will be a resounding “YES!” You know why? Because most of these popular articles are posted by people and/or organizations that can benefit — aka make money — from your potential sex addiction.

But guess what? “Sex addiction” has never been a medically and/or mentally recognized official designation.

So guess what? Chances are, you’re not a sex addict. Because medical and mental health professionals do not want to pathologize normal behaviors.
