Why would I be thanking two men who have allegedly committed heinous acts of atrocity against scores of women?
Because the accusations against these two men are doing what many before them didn’t: Beginning an important conversation about workplace sexual harassment. It’s about time we stopped blaming, and started figuring out how to prevent these situations from happening in the first place.
While this is no love letter to these two men, I am grateful for the dialogue they’ve inspired — one about the intelligent management of human sexuality. Read more about this here, which first appeared in the Reno Gazette-Journal.
